Pro's : close to my house Con's : wrong orders, rude, unprofessional Summary : I frequently go to the Dunkin' Donuts on Mechanic St. In Bellingham, MA and it is one of the worst I have ever been to. It's about a mile away from my house so I usually go because of the close proximity. The staff is mostly teenagers who are constantly chatting about their personal business which is very unprofessional. They are very rude as well and act like you are bothering them by ordering. Rarely do they say thank you or have a nice day. The thing that really bothers me though is the fact that they constantly mess up my order. If I order french vanilla coffee, I get regular. The worst is the sandwiches. I usually get a veggie egg white flatbread and hash browns and more times than I can count I have been given the turkey sausage egg white flatbread. They also forget to give me hash browns half the time. I understand that people make mistakes but this happens on a regular basis. I have got to the point where I will take the extra time to go to a different location because of the awful service. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. I work in customer service and it astounds me that management is letting the business be run by rude, unprofessional teenagers. If I ever acted the way they do at my work, I would be fired. It is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to.
